Hurrayz, as of today, I'm officially out of the "cool" club! Good riddance, it was too clique-y for my tastes anyways.
One exam left!
My schedule for the holidays as follows:
Tmw 17th: Exam, then ferrets. (I MISS YOU MAH FUZZIES T____T)
Friday 18th: Possibly dentist appt, need to hit an M&M meat shop, possibly getting kidnapped for bro-fooding
Saturday 19th: Hanh's Christmas dinner~ yaaaaaaaaaaaaay
Sunday 20th: Anime Club Exec Social Monday 21st: Busy.

Christmas 25th: Sherlock Holmes!
If any past holidays were indications, book fast if you want to see me!

lol, today adrian and his co-worker were mocking me cuz I didn't know what SOL stood for.
Long story short, the guy emails me directly to mock me.
After which I noticed his signature in his email linked to mailto:his-company's-president's email; not his own. And he has been at the company for 2+ years. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL I guess they are friends cuz they are both do-ers of stupid things.

lol, I got new winter boots last year, and they were great and toasty.
I dug them out for Monday's disgusting slush-shit-storm, and I found that ONE of the boot's soles' rubber (omg badly worded lol) HARDENED and has next to no grip now.
WTF. I mean, I know this happens when things age, but I bought them last year. And only one of them hardened.
BLEH. Time to go to Winners. lol |

So there's this guy (Person A) who has some serious B.O. every time he sweats. And he sweats a LOT and very easily.
We've had one guy actually tell this to him to his face (multiple times). Of course neither parties likes each other much, person A has disregarded these comments of "Dude, did you put on deodorant this morning?" (Apparently the answer in reply was "I forgot". Our innate response "What? You always forget?")
Person A does NOT take criticism well (hence why the rest of us have kept quiet, plus he hates my guts so I'm fairly content on this ruining his social life), but his funk is seriously ruining things for the rest of us.
What should we do? |

First Look: Pixel TR-331 TTL Remote Nikon Triggers
They are saying that it'll be about $100 for a receiver and another $100 for a trigger, but price is not finalized yet. And considering the equivalent Pocket Wizard MiniTT1 is about $200, that's not bad at all.
Ooooh, high-speed sync, come to mama... or at least until the Canon versions come out.

omg.
So I waited 2.5 weeks after New Moon opened to avoid the massive amount of annoying people who would squeal every time Taylor Lautner was topless.
This however, was all in vain.
Group of 10 teenage girls directly in the row in front of us were talking, giggling, moving around like they have ADD, texting, etc etc during the movie.
I think something in my brain snapped, lol, cuz I yelled at them. CAN YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP?
Adrian was dying laughing.... my blood pressure was through the roof.
I really hate people who talk/make commentary during the movie.
Even 6 year olds can sit through a whole movie and be respectful!
Its amazing to me how people have zero regard for other people in a movie theater.
If you are renting a DVD or you have a private screening, sure talk and heckle/etc all you want, but if you are in a public theater...whisper or STFU... or I will tell you to STFU. LOL!!!!!!!
(Luckily?) New Moon wasn't that great, as I expected...cuz the book was terrible, so the constant annoyance in front of me didn't affect me as much as it would have if it had been a really great movie I was into. LOL!
Plan for next time? Wait 2.5 weeks but go on a fucking school night. LOL! |
